Jumpstart Scholarship Recipients
The Jumpstart Scholarship of $1000.00 was started with a donation from the JUMPSTART SOCIETY. The annual award continued from 1995 to 1998.

Emily Carr Endowment Fund
The endowment was enriched through a private, and generous donation that the NWCF turned over to be governed by the Emily Carr faculty. It was doubled through a government sponsored matching funds program. It is awarded to an Emily Carr ceramic student.

- 2008- Suzanne Morrissette received the a $1,400.00 scholarship from the NWCF endowment, awarded by the ECIAD Foundation.
Funds from the From Oven and Kiln fundraiser will also be directed to our new NWCF Award, a substantial award that will be presented bi-annually to an exemplary BC ceramist during the From Oven and Kiln event. As well as the scholarships listed above, the NWCF continues to support for the Maureen Wright Scholarship, the Canadian Clay Symposium, and the Speaker Series.
