Canadian Clay Symposium

The Canadian Clay Symposium, a major event for the ceramics community in BC, was founded by Cathi Jefferson and the Fraser Valley Guild in collaboration with the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts. The NWCF has funded these Keynote speakers:

• 2000- Susan Greenaway
• 2002- "Diversity in Clay"- Clary Illian
• 2004- "Reinventing the Wheel"- Walter Ostrom
• 2007- "Surfacing"- Magdalene Odundo
• 2010- "Aesthetics"- Jack Troy
